If you want to lose weight one new study suggest you can lose weight by eating a big breakfast and then go with a low carb diet the rest of the day. The doctor conducting the study says she has used if for fifteen years and has had successful results as her clients are able to incorporate more fruit into their diet than they would be able to do on a low carb diet and are able to start the day feeling full if they have a big breakfast in order to lose weight.

Of course there are many options that a person may chose from when they want to lose weight, they can range from weight loss surgery, to finding a good weight loss program to using supplements such as Alli for weight loss. Many people bounce from one type to the other, contemplating weight loss surgery for awhile and then deciding to do it on their own with a good weight loss program. Whichever method a person chooses they need to remember that they have a long road ahead of them particularly if they have a significant amount of weight to lose. This is one of the reasons that many people turn to weight loss surgery to help them get started.

It makes sense that you can lose weight with a big breakfast , that always seems to be the hard part, getting started on your meal plan for the day but not feeling very full and then you tend to think about food all day long and wonder when you will feel full again. I think that is why people find weight loss surgery and other weight loss program to be effective because with weight loss surgery you are put into a postion of not being able to overeat otherwise you will get sick and with a good weight loss program they help you focus on your eating choices.

Having a big breakfast to help lose weight sounds like a good idea, if it was simple as that then maybe people can avoid the weight loss surgery or the weight loss program methods, but it is good to know that they are there if you need them.

This makes a lot of sense to me. When I want to lose weight it always seems that the weight loss program recommends that you have this small breakfast to start off with and then you spend all day thinking about your diet and food.

Having a big breakfast to lose weight sounds like a great idea. I wonder if you can help trick your body into losing weight by making it think that if it had a big breakfast it would be “okay” the rest of the day and not prompt you to be so hungry again.

Definitely a method I would like to try as weight loss surgery is something I want to avoid.
