Apparently many millions of dollars have been spent on production of the album Chinese Democracy but disputes between Axl Rose and the Guns N Roses record label Geffen have stalled release as they have been in continuing discussions over rights to the music.

Guns N Roses and Axl Rose have not released an original recording since 1991. Fans have been waiting a long time for Geffen, Axl Rose, and Guns N Roses to get their act together. Seems like they might have waited a bit too long and someone decided to take matters into their own hands.
