Can you imagine a 32,000 square foot house, let see that would be about 20 of my house all put together. I like it when rich people buy the house and land and then just wipe it off the map and start over. In the case of Eri Kroh, he is building a house in Bel-Air and he is actually asking to fill up a canyon with enough dirt and stuff so the house can have a stable foudnaiton. It’s almost like people are trying to build their own American palaces.
Who on earth are buying these large homes and in this day and age it is environmentally responsible? Do they really have to have such a large house that must take hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of energy and water to maintain? Anyone remember the recent news report about Celine Dion using some astronomical amount of water at her mansion? Someone needs to remember that water is a precious resource and treat it accordingly.
Apparently most of these gigantic mega mansions are being built in a gated neighborhood called Beverly Park near the famed Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles. I guess one more built by Eri Kroh won’t matter then.
