Drunkenstein or as he is known by his real name, Kurt Havelock was convincted on federal charges on Thursday for planning a massacre at this year’s Super Bowl. Drunkenstein faced six counts in the U.S. District Court in Phoenix of mailing thretening communications.

Apparently Drunkenstein Kurt Havelock had armed himself with an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle and he also obtained 200 rounds of ammunition to with it. His goal was to go to the February 3rd Super Bowl to kill people. Upon reaching the parking lot he apparently changed his mind and called his parents who persuaded him to turn himself in to Tempe police.

The sentencing date for Drunkenstein Kurt Havelock is in August where he faces up to five years in prison.
